Styrene Butadiene (400211)
Styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), also known as polystyrene butadiene copolymer. Its physical mechanism performance, processing performance and performance close to the natural rubber, the use of some properties such as wear resistance, heat resistance, ageing resistance and curing rate is more excellent natural rubber, but with a variety of natural rubber and synthetic rubber and, widely used in tires, tape, rubber hose, wire and cable, medical instruments and various rubber products production and other fields, is one of the biggest general synthetic rubber varieties, and is also one of the earliest industrialization production of rubber varieties.

There are two types of Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR):
Emulsion SBR
Emulsion styrene butadiene rubber is the most widely consumed rubber in synthetic rubber. Emulsion styrene butadiene rubber products are divided into general and special varieties. General varieties 1000, 1500, 1600, 1700, 1800 and 1900 in total 6 series. SBR-1500 is the most typical type of general contaminated soft emulsion polystyrene butadiene rubber.
Solubilized SBR
Soluble poly styrene butadiene rubber has wear-resisting, cold resistant, low heat, low shrinkage, good color, ash content, high purity and less curing the advantages of fast speed, and with a small rolling resistance, resistance to wet and wear-resisting performance advantages, such as in the tire industry, especially the green tire, antiskid tyre, ultra-low weight tires.
